- Induction neckloops are available for our audio guides; please ask at the desk. If required, you can also connect your own technology (such as FM transmitters) via the jack plug. We offer personalised instructions on the use of the induction neckloops for the audio guides and the group tour system.
- The event space and the Werner-Otto-Saal are equipped with a loudspeaker system during events. We offer individual receivers with an induction neckloop on request.
- Public guided tours are conducted with individual receivers for better hearing and understanding. The receivers are available with headphones or an induction neckloop. If required, you can also connect your own technology (such as FM transmitters) via the jack plug. Please ask at the desk or customer relations.
- Individual guided tours with a special focus on hearing and understanding are available on request from the Education & Outreach department and can be booked via the Museum Service.
